Information You Send
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is submitted to the outside provider that supplies its results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems can record ordinary technical logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review this in aggregate for operations and traffic patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data supports site operation, problem diagnosis, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Links and Tools
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. The privacy terms of those services control information you submit after leaving this site. That also applies to sponsored results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Companies that host or support the service may process the technical logs described here. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the same automatic data. Information is disclosed outside those uses only when valid legal process requires it.
Data Security
The service uses an encrypted connection, and technical logs are kept only for the operating purposes described above. There are no site accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles stored here.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor has submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Ohio sources reviewed for this project did not identify a broad state consumer data-broker deletion or universal opt-out law. Ohio Rev. Code Chapter 1354 concerns cybersecurity-program affirmative defenses, and ยง1349.19 concerns breach notice, not a general removal right. Because we keep little visitor data, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Ohio, Fairfield County, or Township custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the custodian.
Policy Updates
Changes to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
